Five Jotas, the 100% ibérico acorn-fed ham brand, has launched «The Temple of Cinco Jotas Ham», a collection of five limited-edition Christmas packs, illustrated by Ignasi Monreal, that traverse through a unique visual imagery the different stages that give life to Cinco Jotas ham; from the freedom of the Iberian pig in the dehesa to the ritual of the table.
With this new collaboration, Cinco Jotas continues expanding its dialogue with art, design and contemporary creativity, a commitment that in recent years has involved creators such as Oteyza and Diego Berro and that turns each edition into a new way of interpreting and sharing its story.
The proposal arises from the meeting between the gastronomic heritage of Cinco Jotas and Monreal’s artistic gaze. Through five works created especially for this collection, the artist builds a visual narrative that traverses everything that gives life to a piece: origin, nature, time, the know-how of master artisans and the ritual of sharing it.

The collection takes its inspiration from the historic Jabugo cellars and transforms them, through Monreal’s gaze, into a symbolic space dedicated to excellence. The artist draws inspiration from European medieval altarpieces and the Japanese Rinpa tradition, incorporating the gold that brings light and transcendence as well as arches that evoke the cellars and the passage of time.
The proposal is presented through five exclusive Christmas packs, available at Club del Gourmet, e-commerce, specialty stores and international markets. The different packs are priced between 279 euros and 729 euros and form part of a limited edition conceived to unite product and experience.
