Madrid is set to become the capital of rigorous self-care. On the upcoming Saturday, October 24, 2026, the emblematic Real Teatro Retiro (Madrid) will host the sixth edition of the WeLife Festival, the reference event in Spain that consolidates scientific outreach, emotional management, and holistic health in an intensive day of conferences and workshops.

The success of the previous edition, with speakers such as Toni Nadal, Emilio Duró or Sari Arponen and almost a thousand attendees, highlighted that truthful information —in a world of information overload— is valued more than ever. Therefore, we can only strive to surpass ourselves with another new gathering, in this sixth edition of WeLife Festival 2026, which includes a prestigious lineup of experts and a multitude of activities.

WeLife Festival 2026: Saturday, October 24

Organized by WeLife and Vocento —with the sponsorship of Flavia, Intimina, Lepas, L’Oréal, Petit Bambou and Tourism of Malta, and the collaboration of Alma Secret, Komvida, Linwoods, Macami and Suprey—, the event responds to a growing need in today’s society: access to truthful and instructive information amidst the noise and digital information overload.

At WeLife Fest 2026 we will have offerings for every taste. From the calmest classes —with yoga, meditation, conscious breathing— to the most dynamic, for those who want to learn how to train strength, passing through the conversations that worry us most: nutrition, sport, women’s health, emotional well-being, longevity… Don’t miss your ticket!

Three spaces, one goal

Simultaneously, attendees will be able to enjoy talks in The Expert Room (the auditorium space where talks and roundtables focused on longevity, preventive medicine, epigenetics and neuroscience will take place); practical classes in The Mind & Body Studio, a space focused on guided practice, with yoga sessions, conscious breathing techniques, Pilates and hypopressive exercises, among others; and activities in The Partners Lounge, an interaction area with brands and sponsors where attendees will access different experiences, raffles and much more. Do you want to know in which space your favorite expert will be? Find out in the WeLife Festival 2026 program.

As Manel Esteller, head of the Epigenetics Group at the Sant Pau Biomedical Research Institute, already stated: “The person who will live to 120 has already been born.” It is a fact: we are living longer. How can we face this unprecedented paradigm? It is not only about living longer, but living better. It is one of the major challenges analyzed by experts exploring the biomedical and epigenetic bases.

Together with Esteller, José Manuel Soria, director of the Complex Diseases Genomics Unit at Sant Pau Hospital and scientific director of BASE4 Biosciences, and Beatriz Crespo, physician in Medicine and Sports Performance and creator of the Microhabits for Health, will form the round table under the name Is our future written? What genes do not decide.

Movement and physical well-being

Through functional training, injury prevention and postural health, these specialists will teach us to build a strong and resilient body: Manuel Collado, CSIC researcher and director of the Cellular Senescence Laboratory in CiMUS-USC; José Luis Trejo, CSIC scientific researcher and head of the Lifestyle and Cognition Group at the Institute Cajal; Aurelio Rojas, cardiologist and renowned health communicator; Toni Pérez, physiotherapist, content creator and author of the book No te lesiones más; Alfonso Coelho, personal trainer at Piko Studios; Andrea Fresneda, professional esthetician, trainer and creator of the NeuroVagal Glow method and Almudena Morell, personal trainer and specialist in hypopressive gymnastics and female training.

Nutrition and microbiota

We must not forget the transformative power of nutrition, which is not about simply counting calories, but about a holistic approach centered on the microbiota, metabolic health, and immune prevention. Here Xevi Verdaguer, psychoneuroimmunologist, nutritionist and physiotherapist; Marta Marcè, nutritionist, naturopath and communicator specializing in menopause and hormonal health; María Hernández-Alcalá and Elena Pérez, biochemists and creators of the acclaimed Futurlife21 project, will give us the keys.

Stress, purpose and women’s health

In a fast-paced world, knowing how to manage stress, connect with our purpose, and care for the mind is essential. This section will provide fundamental keys for emotional balance with Lorena Gascón, psychologist and communicator; Cristóbal Amo, author, speaker and expert in wealth mindset and high performance; , psychologist, psychotherapist and mindfulness expert; and Cisco García, Paralympic tennis player, speaker and reference in personal development.

Breaking taboos and empowering women through up-to-date, no-nonsense information is the goal of experts Sara Marín, physician expert in microbiota and female health; Natalia Gennaro, gynecologist specializing in pelvic floor; Marimer Pérez, gynecologist, obstetrician and founder of WoMer; and Lola Ibáñez, physiotherapist specializing in pelvic floor.

Additionally, Natividad Cano, dermatologist and medical director of the Natividad Cano Institute; Minerva Piquero, journalist and author of the book How to Survive Menopause and Feel Powerful; and Marta Masi, pharmacist and cofounder of The Menopause Club, will star in the roundtable The Generation That Is Reinventing Age: Why Today’s Women Are Changing the Rules of Aging.

Ready to get moving?

The yoga instructor with over 15 years of experience, certified at the prestigious LightHouse Yoga School and a teacher at Hot Yoga Madrid, Mariana Garay, will give us a tech-yoga class.

Georgina Grimshaw, trainer and Pilates instructor, with her workshop Power Pilates: Strength and Flexibility for Abs, Glutes, and Legs will teach us how this controlled training system tones the muscles and how the power variant includes strength exercises through which we will feel how we strengthen the core, glutes and legs, while gaining flexibility.

Through Yoguilates: yoga with Pilates to the rhythm of music, Paula Butragueño, fitness, yoga and mindfulness instructor, and creator of the PHI method, will fuse the best benefits of both worlds: the flexibility and mental balance of yoga, and the strength, stability and body control of Pilates.

There is also a need to know how to pause

Putting a conscious pause in the daily routine allows us to reconnect with the present and recharge energy through the body and breathing. Who helps us with this? Mercedes de la Rosa, yoga and meditation teacher, CEO and cofounder of Zentro Urban Yoga; E.V.E Puértolas, expert in breathwork, immersive experiences and founder of Una Vida Coach.

We look forward to seeing you! Do not miss the complete program (with the schedules of talks, classes and much more) at WeLife Festival 2026. When: October 24 / Where: Real Teatro de Retiro (Madrid) / How to get there: Metro L1 and L6. Parking next to the theater.
