The L’Oréal Paris show is one of the most anticipated runways on the Paris Fashion Week calendar. Supermodels Kendall Jenner, Cara Delevingne, and Heidi Klum led the impressive lineup that walked last night in front of the Eiffel Tower. The star-studded event, titled Express Your Worth, took place at Place Joffre in the French capital and closed with a surprise performance by Céline Dion, who performed her song I’m Alive.
The Canadian artist is currently riding a wave after her triumphant return to the stage with her Paris residency, with all tickets sold out. But Céline Dion delivered an even more special performance by stepping onto the runway for a warmly applauded finale at the L’Oréal show.
The singer, 58, has returned to the spotlight after her struggle with stiff-person syndrome (SPS) forced her to cancel her last tour in 2023. And on this occasion she looked very moved as she hugged Eva Longoria before dancing alongside a multitude of runway stars at the dazzling event.
Paris Fashion Week, devoted to women’s Spring-Summer 2027 collections, will run through October 6. And Céline Dion could again make an appearance in the front row of the shows by Dior, Tom Ford, Schiaparelli or Givenchy, if her schedule allows.
Céline Dion’s Promise
Attendees at the show in the French capital did not know they were in for a big final surprise. When it seemed the runway had reached its end, Céline emerged from the darkness to thunderous applause from the audience. As she sang one of her most iconic songs at full volume, the models joined her on stage to surround her in a very special night.

The performer of My Heart Will Go On is in the French capital for a five-week residency, after having recently revealed that she decided to turn her long battle with the illness into “my reason for living.” The singer revealed in December 2022 that she had been diagnosed with stiff-person syndrome, which causes muscle stiffness and painful spasms. The artist laid bare the harshness of her illness in her 2024 documentary, I Am: Céline Dion.
A demanding physical regimen
To tackle her ambitious residency in Paris, Céline Dion has undergone an intensive rehabilitation program that has led her to try new medications, physical therapy, vocal therapy, and immunotherapy. To ensure she is physically able to perform, she has been building her strength with 90-minute Pilates sessions three times a week, in addition to taking ballet and barre classes twice a week.
Her home gym is also equipped with dumbbells and a treadmill, and Céline Dion has revealed that her flexibility has increased since starting her new exercise regimen. The effort has paid off and in recent days she has been seen looking very upbeat as she greeted her fans in Paris before her concerts. The residency will see her take to the stage for 16 concerts in fall 2026 and ten additional dates in May 2027.
